About This Model

The Eunorau S500 is unlike anything else currently offered by RideTHISbike. It combines the compact footprint and approachable operation people often associate with a mobility scooter with the stability, suspension, braking, lighting, and carrying ability of a purpose-built electric utility vehicle. The S500 rides on four 13 x 3-inch tires and uses dual front and dual rear suspension, giving every wheel its own shock absorption. Hydraulic disc brakes provide confident stopping power, while the electronic parking lock, hill-hold function, and hill-descent control help the rider remain in control during stops and on grades.

Fit can be adjusted for the individual rider. The seat slides forward or rearward, and the handlebar position can also be adjusted to establish a comfortable reach. The S500 offers three speed modes, allowing it to move slowly and deliberately for mobility-oriented use or travel at up to 15 mph when conditions permit.

Its safety and convenience equipment includes a strong front headlight, rear lighting, brake lights, front and rear amber turn signals, an electric horn, and a reverse warning alarm. A 500W mid-drive motor produces up to 112 Nm of torque, while the standard 48V 27Ah battery is rated for up to 31 miles under favorable conditions. An optional second-battery configuration can substantially extend practical range.

The rear cargo area is rated to carry up to 40 kg, approximately 88 lbs, making the S500 useful for groceries, tools, personal equipment, and other everyday loads. Eunorau also provides a trailer-hitch setup and has announced additional utility accessories for the platform, expanding what this compact four-wheel vehicle may be able to carry or support over time.
