The showroom may occasionally close briefly during scheduled test rides. Calling or texting before driving over can help prevent an unnecessary wait.

Choose the Test Ride That Fits Your Decision
10-Minute Test Ride
A $99 charge plus standard sales tax is processed before the ride. If the bicycle is returned within 10 minutes without damage and with all loaned items, the $99 charge and associated sales tax are refunded. Any separately disclosed booking fee is not part of the refundable test-ride charge.
Before any test ride, each rider must provide a current credit card in the rider's name, a matching current state-issued photo ID, and a signed test-ride waiver. Debit cards are not accepted.
Charges and refunds will be processed using the credit card presented at check-in or used to make the booking.
More Time on an Unaccompanied Test Ride
If the bicycle is kept longer than 10 minutes, the $99 charge is not refunded, and the rider may keep the bicycle for a total of up to 30 minutes. If the bicycle is not returned within 30 minutes, an additional $60 plus standard sales tax is charged, making the total first-hour test-ride price $159 plus tax.
No test ride is authorized for longer than 60 minutes. If the bicycle has not been returned within two hours of departure, and the rider has not contacted eBike NOLA and received approval for other arrangements, the rider agrees to purchase the bicycle for its disclosed retail purchase price. Any first-hour test-ride charge is applied toward that price. All sales under this provision are final. If payment cannot be processed, law enforcement will be contacted.
Private E-Bike Purchase Consultation
Reserve the showroom and salesperson for up to 30 minutes of one-on-one buying guidance, bike comparisons, and accompanied test riding. The consultation costs $99 plus standard sales tax, and the full $99 price is credited toward an e-bike purchase completed within seven days.

E-Bike Discovery Ride
Spend up to 60 minutes evaluating one selected e-bike with an experienced guide alongside you. The price is $159 plus standard sales tax for one rider or $198 plus standard sales tax for two riders. A $99 purchase credit is available to each purchasing rider for 30 calendar days. Discovery Rides are available by appointment from either our Kenner or French Quarter location.
Between the Waters
Begin your New Orleans visit with a private guided e-bike experience from Kenner to the French Quarter. This premium experience for one or two guests includes luggage transportation to our French Quarter shop and follows a scenic route shaped by Lake Pontchartrain, Bayou St. John, and the historic corridor into old New Orleans.
This experience departs from Kenner by advance reservation.
